Qn. 1) Describe how you and your family spend a Saturday, now that all schools are enjoying a five-day week.
It was a five-day week holiday. My family had decided to go overseas as it was a rare opportunities that we are all free. We went to Genting because it is nearer to Singapore and easier to travel. We took a bus there. On the way there, i was excited as i have never been there before.
I was thinking when will we reach. It was about 11pm when we reached our destination, so we booked in a hotel. It was named 'First World Hotel'. We unpacked our things and went to sleep. We woke up early early in the morning and went for a big breakfast. After which, we went to buy tickets to the outdoor theme park. There were so much activities awaiting for me. The games look so fun. Firstly, we went to play the 'Pirate Ship'. Although it was a long queue, it was soon our turn.
Subsequently, we went to play roller-coaster and many more. Time flies, it already in the afternoon. I ate fried chicken drumstick which was from KFC. We shopped around before continuing playing those outdoor games.
After dinner, my mother suggested to watch comedy movie. It was my first time going overseas to watch a movie, i was rather excited to see how the cinema would be like. After all, its about the same as Singapore's cinema. We were all tired so we went back to the hotel to rest.
It was shopping time for the next two days. There were a lot of fanciful stuffs. I bought a pretty pencil case for myself from the shop 'Girls'. I even bought some key chains and accessories for my friends. Then, i went into the shop 'Bum City' and i bought some key chains which was really cute. I even went to the name sticker shop. I find it amazing when they were printing out the name stickers.
Outside the name sticker shop, i saw a wishing well. Even though i did not really believe in this kind of stuffs, but the well was kind of interesting, so I decided to make a wish.
On the fourth day, i went to try the indoor theme park games. It wasn't as exciting as those outdoor theme park games, but it was also enjoyable. I took the 'Ferris Wheel' for a couple of times. Then, we went to shop again as it would be the last day for us to shop and play.
The next day, we took the afternoon bus back to Singapore. I did not want to leave as i was having so much fun, i had no choice to leave.
